In our department's Quality Control and Food Chemistry Laboratory, the quality parameters and chemical properties of all kinds of food can be analyzed in detail. In our laboratory, all main analyses such as moisture analysis, ash analysis, protein analysis, fat analysis, color analysis, sugar analysis, gluten determination and salt determination in foods can be performed. The following instruments are in our laboratory: Moisture analyzer, Soxhlet Instrument for fat content determination, Kjeldahl Unit for protein determination, Colorimeter, Vacuum oven, Rotary evaporator, Muffle furnace, Cooled incubator, Microwave oven, Water baths, Sensitive analytical balances, Centrifuges, pH meters, Heaters and Magnetic stirrers.
